How to Clear your Cache

The browser cache is a small amount of storage space that holds some unchanging data from websites you have visited. In certain cases, the browser cache may contain out-of-date or expired information that prevents you from successfully logging in. Sometimes login difficulties will cause you to need to clear your web browser's cache.
 
When attempting to clear browser cache issues for logging into Pillar Science, please clear your browser's cache for the following domains:
  • pillar.science
  • auth0.com

To clear your Chrome web browser cache 

  1. ​​​​​​​Click the menu icon (3 vertical dots on the top right of the page)
  2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > View permissions and data stored across sites
  3. Search for and delete references to the domains listed above

To clear your MS Edge web browser cache 

  1. ​​​​​​Click the menu icon (3 vertical dots on the top right of the page)
  2. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data
  3. Search for and delete references to the domains listed above
