Find the Project
Click on Projects in the top nav bar. Use the search features to find your project. In the Project, click on Users in the left navigation bar. You should see Manage Users. If not, you do not have permission to share the project. Are you sure you're a member of the project? If not, add yourself.
This next step is a little tricky so pay close attention.
Add person by Email Address
First, try entering the person's email address in the lookup field. If they are on file, we'll show you their profile name and affiliation. Be sure to select the correct person from the list.
Add person by Name
You can also try entering a person's first or last name. If the person is on file, you should see their name appear as a choice. Select the correct person from the list.
Add a New Person
If the person is not of file, then you will get no results when searching by either name or email address.
In this case, follow the instructions for adding a person to Pillar and then return to this screen when finished.
Finishing Up
Once you have selected the correct person, choose Academic from the dropdown list and click on Add.
