If you feel that you have an invention and are interested in getting it patented, work with your University’s Tech Transfer Office to submit an invention disclosure to SRC. Once your invention disclosure is completed, please send it directly to our Patent Specialist Amanda Wright at amanda.wright@src.org. Once the invention disclosure is received, it will then be processed by SRC's technical team to determine whether SRC is interested in sponsoring a patent application. If it is approved, Amanda will work with your tech transfer office to designate a patent attorney to begin the patent application process.
