Sometimes a Team leader will want to delegate Team responsibility to a Team member. If the person is already assigned as a User to the Team, the Team leader cannot change the person from a User to an Admin. Please submit a ticket with your request so we can make this change for you. The ticket must be submitted by the Team leader, not the Team User.
