What is a Publication? What is a Dataset?

In Pillar, a Publication refers to a work that has been published by a journal or periodical. It can also refer to work that is presented for the first time at a conference and/or is included in the conference proceedings. Publications typically have a Digital Object Identifier.

Compare this to Datasets, which are the documents in Pillar that are associated with SRC research. Datasets are found in the project's Data folder. Here you can find Dataset types such as Report (used to fulfill required Tasks), Annual Review, and e-Workshop.
