How to Add Informal Documents to your Project

Researchers may want to share informal documents, such as meeting notes or slides, with their research colleagues or member personnel. Adding these non-required documents to your project is simple if you follow the instructions below. 

Do not use the steps below for papers, publications, draft journal or conference submissions, or any type of required task or deliverable report.

Contractually-obligated documents should be submitted using the Submit Project Results form

Submission of informal project documents

  1. Navigate to the project.
  2. Go to the Data folder. 
  3.  Click on the Add button with the plus symbol.
    Do not use this process for papers, publications, draft journal or conference submissions, or any type of required task or deliverable report.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your document submission.
