Pillar Login
When logging into Pillar, you start at https://app.pillar.science/ with this screen.
If the email address matches a user in the SRC single-sign-on database, then you are directed to the SRC login page which includes the SRC logo.
If the email address does not match a user in the SRC.org Single-Sign-On database, then the app will proceed to the Pillar Science login page. From here you will have a very frustrating and unsuccessful experience. You will not be able to log in and you will not be able to use the reset password feature.
If you see the screen on the right, please do not attempt to log in from this screen. Do not attempt to reset your password from this screen.
If you get directed to the Pillar Science login page, please go back to https://app.pillar.science/ and double-check that you are using the correct email address to log in. The two scenarios that typically create this situation are 1) you do not yet have an account or 2) you have an account but are using a different email variant when signing in.
If you continue to be taken to the Pillar Science login screen, please send email to webmaster@src.org.
You cannot reset your password using Pillar Science
Do not use Pillar Science login page to change your password. Note the Pillar Science logo at the top of the form. If you try to use the Forgot Password link, you will not receive an email.
